I have the same few go-to recipes every time I go groceries shopping. This recipe uses marinade, then pop marinated beef ribs into the oven so I don’t exactly spend too much active time in the kitchen.
- 2lbs beef short ribs (sliced)
Obtain a ziplock bag, put ribs in and pour all the marinade. Let it sit in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight -the idea is to get the beef immersed long enough so the marinade gets deep in the meat and not just coating the surface of the ribs.
When the oven reaches 500F, put the baking sheet in. It takes me approximately 10minutes to get the meat alittle burnt on top.
